“First signing in the summer?” Good news for Leeds fans as Daniel Farke is ready to break the Bank to sign world class player in the summer

Leeds United to Pay Additional Six-Figure Transfer Fee for Glen Kamara

Leeds United will owe Rangers a significant transfer fee if they achieve promotion to the Premier League, according to reports. The Whites took a major step towards securing promotion with a 4-0 win over Norwich City, and will face either Southampton or West Bromwich Albion in the Championship play-off final on May 26.

Glen Kamara, who joined Leeds United from Rangers last summer for an initial £5m, has played a crucial role in the team’s promotion push. The Finland international midfielder has made 41 appearances across all competitions and put in an impressive performance against Norwich City.

According to Rangers Review, the Ibrox club will receive a bonus transfer payment of almost £500,000 if Leeds United win the play-off final and secure promotion to the Premier League. This additional fee is a testament to Kamara’s value to the team and his contributions to their success this season.

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has expressed his surprise at the team’s progress, given their slow start to the campaign. “We are at Wembley and we are one game away. If you had told me in September that we would return back to the Premier League, I would have said, ‘Really? No chance,’ but now we have a chance,” Farke said.

The Whites will be hoping to secure promotion and bring top-flight football back to Elland Road. If they succeed, they will owe a significant debt of gratitude to Glen Kamara, who has been an integral part of their midfield engine room throughout the season.
