Sargent’s goalscoring form in the Championship suggests he may be ready for a step up to the top flight. However, his previous Premier League experience with Norwich yielded just two goals in 26 games. Nevertheless, Farke’s connections at Carrow Road could facilitate a deal if Leeds secure promotion.
The Whites’ summer transfer activity will largely depend on their promotion status. If they win at Wembley against Southampton, they can expect significant incomings, including potentially Sargent. Some players, like Patrick Bamford and Joe Gelhardt, may depart Elland Road, especially in attacking areas.
