Everton are on the verge of completing their third signing of the summer transfer window, with Marseille star Iliman Ndiaye set to join the Toffees in a permanent transfer worth around €20m, including add-ons. According to TEAMtalk sources, the Senegalese international has put pen to paper on a five-year contract and has passed his medical with no issues.

Ndiaye’s arrival at Goodison Park will provide a significant boost to Sean Dyche’s squad, with the 23-year-old capable of playing in multiple positions, including as a number 10, winger, and centre-forward. His versatility and skillset will offer valuable cover for the Toffees, especially considering his impressive performances for Sheffield United in the Championship last season.

The signing of Ndiaye is not the only piece of business Everton are working on, with the club also keen on bringing in a natural centre-forward. Chelsea striker Armando Broja is one of the names on Everton’s radar, with the Toffees reportedly strong contenders to sign the Albanian international. Broja has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea and failed to impress on loan at Fulham last season, making him a potential target for Everton.

However, Chelsea are likely to demand a significant fee for Broja, with reports suggesting up to £35m. This could prove a stumbling block for Everton, especially if they are unable to sell Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who has just 12 months remaining on his contract. The Toffees are keen to tie Calvert-Lewin down to a new deal, but negotiations are currently at a standstill.

The potential double signing of Ndiaye and Broja would be a significant coup for Everton, with both players offering a wealth of talent and experience.
