HUGE TRANSFER DEAL: West Ham Ready to Sign the Unwanted European Star Player, Plan to Surprise Fans This Summer… Contract Talk Ongoing

West Ham United is one of four Premier League clubs interested in signing AC Milan winger Alexis Saelemaekers, according to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato. The 25-year-old Belgian spent last season on loan at Bologna, scoring four goals and providing three assists in 30 league appearances.

Saelemaekers has two years left on his contract with Milan, who value him at around €20m. The winger can play on both the right and left sides, making him a versatile option for West Ham.

The Hammers are looking to strengthen their attacking options, having relied heavily on Jarrod Bowen and Mohamed Kudus last season. They have already signed Brazilian winger Luis Guilherme and are also interested in Leeds’ Crysencio Summerville and Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson.

In addition to Saelemaekers, West Ham are also targeting defensive reinforcements, including centre-back and right-back options. They have been linked with moves for Trevoh Chalobah, Fikayo Tomori, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The club’s search for a new striker continues, with Aston Villa’s Jhon Duran a target. However, a move has yet to materialize.

Leicester City, Fulham, and Nottingham Forest are also reportedly interested in signing Saelemaekers. Bologna, where he spent last season on loan, are unlikely to sign him permanently.

West Ham’s interest in Saelemaekers comes as the club looks to build on last season’s performances under new manager Julen Lopetegui. The Spaniard has already made several signings, including goalkeeper Wes Foderingham and defender Max Kilman.
