Austute ManDaniel Farke Criticizes Manor Solomon for “Wrong Decision” in Leeds United’s Defeat to Burnley

“Manor with the wrong decision. Did not need to take this risk. They have an 85-yard counter. Credit to them. Effective finish. Normally, we had better chances and easier chances to score, but did not take them,” Farke said in his post-match press conference.
While Farke was critical of Solomon’s decision, he also acknowledged that the player is normally reliable and that the slip was unfortunate. However, he also expressed disappointment with Jayden Bogle’s failure to close down Koleosho before he scored.
The defeat was Leeds United’s first of the season, and Farke will be looking to address the issues that led to the loss. The team had chances to score, but failed to take them, and Farke will be working on improving the team’s composure in front of goal.
