BAD News for Leeds United as TOP player they are so DESPERATE to sign has REJECTED them wanting to sign for a club better than Leeds

Disaster for Leeds United as Move for £6m Star Christopher Wooh Collapses

Leeds United’s hopes of signing Rennes defender Christopher Wooh have been dashed, with the Cameroonian international set to join Stuttgart instead. According to French outlet Lebledparle Sport, Wooh’s move to Stuttgart is “already a done deal,” with the Bundesliga club beating Leeds to the £6 million signing.

Wooh, 23, has been linked to Leeds United in recent weeks, with the club reportedly enquiring about his availability. However, it seems that Stuttgart have won the race for his signature, leaving Leeds to consider alternative options.

Leeds United manager Daniel Farke is keen to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window, particularly in the center-back position. With Wooh now off the market, Farke will have to look elsewhere to bolster his defensive ranks.

Other names linked to Leeds United include Andrew Omobamidele, Abdukodir Khusanov, and Nico Elvedi. However, with Manchester City also interested in Khusanov, and Elvedi reportedly having a £8.2 million release clause, it remains to be seen whether Leeds can secure any of these targets.

Farke has stated that Leeds will be “reactive” in the transfer market, suggesting that the club will only make signings if the right opportunities arise. With Wooh’s move to Stuttgart now confirmed, Leeds will have to reassess their options and consider alternative signings to strengthen their squad.
