“He’s Very Good, Sign Him” – Former West Ham Star Player Agrees to Transfer Deal for £35m Defender

Former West Ham United player Scott Minto has shared his thoughts on the club’s potential signing of £35 million defender Fikayo Tomori. Despite a strong start to the transfer window, West Ham has stalled in recent weeks, but Minto believes there’s no reason to worry.

Minto praised Max Kilman, who joined West Ham early in the transfer window, and expressed excitement about the prospect of Tomori joining him. “If they got those two in playing together and a centre-forward, then for me, West Ham would be very, very good going forward,” Minto told talkSPORT.

However, with Nayef Aguerd and Kurt Zouma still at the club, it’s unclear whether West Ham will meet AC Milan’s £35 million asking price for Tomori. Minto believes Tomori would be worth the investment, as he has established himself as a top defender since joining AC Milan.

The article suggests that West Ham is evaluating targets to ensure the best value for money, citing last summer’s signings of Mohammed Kudus, James Ward-Prowse, Mavropanos, and Edson Alvarez as examples of successful late transfers. The club is reportedly seeking a central defender, striker, right-back, and winger, with Tomori being a top target.
