“we know why we sold him” Pocchetino stand vindicated as pundit reveal that new Arsenal signing will be a problem at the end
TalkSPORT pundit Jamie O’Hara has said that Arsenal forward Kai Havertz will let down the team in the end.
The former Tottenham Hotspur player has said on talkSPORT (7:10pm, August 12, 2023) that Kai Havertz is not consistent and will let Arsenal down in the end.
O’Hara does not think that Havertz, who can operate as a forward or as an attacking midfielder, is good enough for Arsenal if they are to mount a challenge for the Premier League title this season.
The pundit made the comments about the 24-year-old after Arsenal’s win against Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium in North London in the Premier League this past Saturday.
Criticism for Arsenal forward Kai Havertz
Havertz did not have a good game and was criticised by former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor as well.
O’Hara said about Havertz: “I think the problem you are going to have with Havertz is consistency.
“You need to challenge for the title, the money you have spent and where you are going, you have got to keep progressing.
“And the signing of Havertz, yeah, he can be a very good player, yeah, he can have his moments, but I think over the course of the season, I think he is going to let you down.”

Kai Havertz has not made a strong start to his Arsenal career.
The 24-year-old, who joined from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, did not play well against Manchester City in the FA Community Shield and could not make a massive impact against Nottingham Forest.
However, we should not be too hasty in writing off Havertz.
After all, he is only 24 and is a quality player.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will surely have a plan on how to get the best out of Havertz.
It could take a while for Havetz to find his rhythm in an Arsenal shirt, and the Emirates Stadium faithful should be confident about him.
