Arsenal defender Rob Holding is expected to leave the club before the summer transfer window shuts this week, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
Talks are ongoing to ensure that the Englishman secures an exit ahead of the deadline on Friday, with some Spanish clubs making enquiries.
Holding is yet to feature for Arsenal this season despite being able to play at centre-back and right-back, with manager Mikel Arteta sticking with Ben White and William Saliba as his options at centre-back, while Thomas Partey has featured at right-back thus far.

The 27-year-old featured in 24 games across all competitions last term and has two more years left on his contract.
Holding joined Arsenal from Bolton Wanderers in 2016 and has featured in 162 games since then, scoring five times.
Besiktas are one of the clubs to have regularly shown interest in the defender so far this summer, but it appears some La Liga clubs are keen, and he could follow Kieran Tierney to Spain after the Scotland international joined Real Sociedad on a season-long loan yesterday.
Arsenal would be open to selling Holding as they still hope to raise funds for additional signings before the window shuts should Arteta decide to bring in more players.
With Tierney gone for now and Jurrien Timber out of action for the majority of the season, the Spaniard could look to bolster his defence if Holding also leaves.
The Gunners started the 2023-24 Premier League with victories in their opening two games before Fulham left it late to hold them to a draw on Saturday.
They return to action on Sunday with a game against Manchester United before the international break, and Arteta will hope his squad gets sorted out before then.
