Rangers have seen their season end in poor fashion, and now the 49ers are prepared to look at every possible scenario to get back to the top of Scottish football this summer.
The Ibrox club battled back after a horrible start to the season by appointing Rohl and getting within touching distance of the summit, but they lost their last two games against Hearts and Celtic when the pressure was on, which has seen them have to settle for third place in the table.
Rangers are now keen to take a look at everything to ensure they get back to being at a competitive level, and that includes potentially another change in the dugout.

After their late-season collapse, Rangers are now preparing to take a look at every possible advantage they can gain this summer according to TEAMtalk. Recent performances have brought frustration in the fan base, having seen a great opportunity come and go without much of a fight, and some have questioned if Rohl is the right man for the job.
Now the club, led by 49ers Enterprises and Andrew Kavanagh, is set to undertake an internal review of the season and of behind-the-scenes matters such as recruitment, squad development, style of play, and European progress.
Rohl retains the support of some members of the board at Ibrox, as they are happy with the way he has developed young players and his implementation of a progressive style, but Kavanagh is understood to be ready to have difficult conversations about the demands to win trophies and perform in Europe.
It currently seems more likely that Rohl will stay than leave; however, a change of direction cannot be ruled out, with the club’s board ready to do whatever they feel is best to get back to the top of domestic football in Scotland.

While Rohl has struggled at the business end of the campaign, the job he has done since taking over from Russell Martin simply cannot be ignored.
He built the squad up from the depths of the league under Martin, and he has helped key players find their form, develop young players with their confidence and play style, and also improved the squad with some big signings in January.
The likes of Tuur Rommens and Tochi Chukwuani have performed well, while he has also made some big decisions with underperforming stars such as James Tavernier, which proves he is ready to make tough calls where needed.
Sacking him now, without an obvious and immediately better candidate ready to step in, could be disastrous, and would be unfair. He deserves a chance to stamp his image on the squad and go again.
