SFA will not be attending the meeting
Thus far, it is not clear how many teams will be attending the meeting, but Rangers News understands that the response has been overwhelming, with a majority of clubs viewing this as a major issue.
What is certain is that the Scottish FA will not have any representative at this meeting.
However, if the clubs arrive at a conclusion on how to take things forward, they will then present their plans to the SFA.
“One of the other areas that they should discuss is to look at funding the introduction of full-time and professional refereeing, as at the moment, most referees have a primary employment which does not allow referees to be able to dedicate all of their time into refereeing.
